β’ Greet patients warmly and professionally
β’ Schedule appointments & collect co-pays
β’ Help ensure every patient receives excellent care

π Patient Flow & Scheduling
β’ Manage daily schedules
β’ Track appointments to reduce cancellations and improve efficiency

β’ Work within EMR systems
β’ Assist with insurance billing & Georgia state contracts
β’ Ensure accuracy and compliance

β’ Help with patient engagement events
β’ Participate in quarterly workshops (1 evening or Saturday per quarter)
