We’re looking for a rockstar Patient Care Coordinator to join our Dublin clinic.
This role is the heartbeat of our front office and plays a huge part in our patient experience.
🩺 WHAT YOU’LL DO
😊 Patient Care & Coordination
• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Schedule appointments & collect co-pays
• Help ensure every patient receives excellent care
• Schedule appointments & collect co-pays

📊 Patient Flow & Scheduling
• Manage daily schedules
• Track appointments to reduce cancellations and improve efficiency

💻 EMR & Billing Support
• Work within EMR systems
• Assist with insurance billing & Georgia state contracts
• Ensure accuracy and compliance

📣 Marketing & Community Outreach
• Help with patient engagement events
• Participate in quarterly workshops (1 evening or Saturday per quarter)
